What we collect

When you make a booking or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, the car and dates you choose, and any message you send us.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, rentals are settled in person.

How we use it

• To process and confirm your reservation
• To contact you about your booking (by WhatsApp, phone or email)
• To prepare the vehicle and any paperwork for your rental
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

How it is stored

Your booking details are stored securely in our reservation system and are accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected admin panel. The connection to our website is encrypted (HTTPS).

WhatsApp

Bookings and enquiries often continue on WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled under WhatsApp/Meta’s own privacy terms, in addition to ours.

Cookies & analytics

By default we use only a privacy-friendly page counter that records anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed and the general language of the browser) without cookies and without identifying you.

If we run Google Analytics or Google Ads, those services set cookies to measure visits and advertising performance. They load only after you accept our cookie banner, and you are free to decline, the site works either way.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary to provide your rental, for example with an insurer in the event of a claim, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it.
