Rental Terms & Conditions

Who can rent (driver requirements)

• Minimum age: 21 (may be higher for some vehicle classes), confirm at booking.
• A full driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• A passport or national ID.
• An International Driving Permit is recommended if your licence is not in the Latin alphabet.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at pickup and is returned after the car is checked in undamaged. The amount depends on the vehicle and is confirmed when you book.

Insurance

Basic insurance is included with every rental. An excess (deductible) applies in the event of damage or theft; optional extra cover to reduce or remove the excess is available, ask us at booking.

Mileage & fuel

• Kilometres are unlimited on all rentals.
• Fuel is provided on a like-for-like basis: return the car with the same fuel level you received it.

Delivery, pickup & return

We deliver and collect at Tirana International Airport (TIA) and in Tirana city. Please return the car at the agreed time and place; late returns may be charged for an extra day.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup, confirm the exact window at booking. Contact us on WhatsApp to change or cancel a reservation.

Using the car

• The car may be driven only by drivers named on the rental agreement.
• No driving outside Albania without our prior written permission.
• No off-road use, racing, towing or subletting.
• No smoking in the vehicle.
• Return the car in the condition you received it; cleaning or damage beyond normal use may be charged.

Breakdown & assistance

Roadside assistance is available 24/7. In the event of an accident, contact us immediately and, where required, the local police.

Liability & governing law

The renter is responsible for fines, tolls and damage arising during the rental as set out in the agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
